Booking & Payment Terms
1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings within 30 days require full payment upfront.
2. A refundable security bond is collected: $300 AUD (up to 5 guests) · $400 AUD (6–7 guests) · $500 AUD (8+ guests). Bond is always fully refunded regardless of cancellation, within 7 days.
3. A 10% discount applies automatically to stays of 9+ nights.
4. Mid-stay clean: Complimentary for stays of 11+ nights.
5. Cancellation policy:
• 48-hour grace period — Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours, provided check-in is 45+ days away
• 90+ days — 85% cash refund · 15% non-refundable admin fee
• 60–89 days — 75% credit valid 12 months · no cash refund
• 30–59 days — 50% credit valid 12 months · no cash refund
• 14–29 days — 25% credit valid 12 months · no cash refund
• Within 14 days — No refund · No credit
6. Credits: Subject to availability · Cannot apply to peak dates · Valid 12 months · Non-transferable · No cash value.
7. Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
